  1. The Plastic Bottle Bong

The plastic bottle bong, also known as the water bottle bong is the easiest of them all and also, the cheapest. The best part is that you can make one in less than 15 to 20 minutes.

Things you need:

  • 1x16-ounce plastic bottle
  • A pen or any other similar hollow tube to be used as a down stem
  • Tin foil or a door stopper to be used as the bowl

Steps:

Find a plastic bottle. A Gatorade bottle or a 1-liter soda bottle works best.

Heat a knife or a screwdriver and cut out a hole, about 4-inches from the bottom of the bottle. You can poke the pen tube through this to be used as the down stem. Use tape, glue or silly putty to secure it to the bottle.

Poke another hole a few inches under the bottle cap to be used as the carb.

Cut out a piece of heavy duty aluminum foil and wrap it around the top of the bottle tightly, so that it’s a snug fit. Poke small holes in the foil. You can also wrap it around the bottle cap. But then you’d have to poke holes in the cap first and then in the foil.

Bingo! You have just made a rudimentary bong. While this doesn’t force the smoke through water as with a conventional bong, it still gets the job done nevertheless. If you prefer a traditional glass bongs, check out the ones we have on sale and under 100.
