Each Hemper Box contains the finest quality items as well as the latest and greatest accessories on the market.  We put the coolest and newest products in each month, along with the essentials you know and love. Whether you prefer rolling or glass, we have an option for you!

        1. Order and find out! Part of our entire process is that every single month the items are a surprise! Each box comes with its core monthly essentials, and then we pack in a few surprise novelty items.  For example, the Original Hemper Box comes with papers, wraps, and rolling products. While our Glassentials Box comes with cleaning supplies and other useful accessories for glass connoisseurs.
        2. You'll find limited edition collaborations with the best brands on the market.

What separates Hemper from its competitors is our ability to turn a convenient service provider into a curated lifestyle brand.  We not only put more items in your box than everyone else, but we also have a cheaper price point than everyone else. We hand curate 8-10 items every month to put in your Hemper Boxes, while consistently delivering $60-80 dollars in value.  
      4. Does my subscription auto-renew?
        1. Yes, all orders will renew automatically on the 10th of each month. 
        2. You can easily cancel your order from your personal account - please visit the link you are sent when you are billed to change or edit your subscription if you cannot find it on your personal account.
        3. Please note that you may cancel at anytime BUT if you've already been billed for the current month, you'll still receive this month's box and your cancellation will be effective for the next billing cycle.
        4. Monthly subscription Cut-offs are the 25th of each month. 
      5.    How do I change my subscription box? 
        1. You can change your subscription for the next month at anytime on your personal account. Email us for instructions. 
      6. Who can buy?
        1. Anyone who is 18+/21+ can purchase our product, depending on your area.  All of our products are intended for tobacco use only.
      7. Where do you ship?
        1. We ship to all 50 states, Canada & Worldwide. 
          1. Shipping rates are as follows:
            1. Canada: $14/box
            2. International: $20.00/box.
      8. What is the refund policy?
        1. If you are not satisfied with the contents of your box - you may request a refund as long as the contents are not used and the box is returned to us with all it's contents. Returns are subject to a processing fee of $6. You have 48 hours from the day of delivery to request a return.

      10. Can you send me a HEMPER sticker?
        1. Each purchase comes with a HEMPER sticker.  If you have not placed an order, but would like some stickers, please send $5.00 cash and a self addressed stamped envelope to our shipment facility address below and we will send you 5 HEMPER stickers.
