Love my UFO Bong still holds up years later. Is a little hard to clean will be purchasing the bigger one hopefully it will be a little better

Thicker glass than what I expected and actually vortexed the air like a tornado which was cute. I was upset because I had originally ordered the camp box but it was not available- Dallas in customer service was very helpful helping me pick something else that was (this!)! Nice group of accessories with it too.

Ordered the box as a gift for my wife. She had already been utilizing some other products available on this site before she opened the box. Well she missed the bowl in the wrappings so we thought we didn’t get one. I emailed customer service, and in the short time it took us to find it they had already gotten back with me!!
