I love this piece. My first one arrived with both of the chopsticks broken off, but the Protector+ covered it and Hemper sent a new one. The process was as easy as getting take out. The second one was packaged better and had wrapping *between* and around the delicate chopsticks. The Hemper logo is a bit spotty, but I’ve noticed that on a few pieces now so maybe that’s to be expected? Overall though, I’m really happy with this piece and love having it displayed.

This piece has a really unique look to it, my first Hemper glass and it’s the main bong I use now. Just gotta be careful with the chopsticks when cleaning.

So I originally bought this piece and was very excited about it until it got here. Unfortunately, there was a bit of a crack in it upon opening it. Now, it didn't hinder functionality but like, who wouldn't want that rectified, right? So I opened a claim with the shipping protection and sent pics. Within a day my brand new piece was shipped! This one came in perfect. I love Hemper and the way they handle customer service. Hey man, I've broken pieces walking from one room to the next so ya gotta just understand these things happen, especially cross country. Love you guys, I will never stop buying :)
