Product Description
The XL Chronic bong is one of the best pieces yet to come from Hemper. This piece stands at 10” tall and features a double percolator designed to take you back to childhood. The first percolator is a blue spikey ball design with directional holes that will give a spinning effect to the function. The second percolator is a spring shower head disc perc with over 70 draining holes total. The double percolation filters the smoke to give you the smoothest hit and best function possible. This bong also features a gold ring splash guard and comes with a white and red themed flower bowl.

Excellent quality however there are some differences in the piece I've received. I'll note as well hemper says each piece is handblown so seeing differences is not a surprise I'm not upset or shocked just figured I'd comment about it. Looking at some of the others I've noticed two connections holding the ring in place up top as well as the ring being much thicker in others. Mine only has a single connection and the ring looks thin. The sonic ball as well is seemingly larger in mine comparing photos of others. And the spring perc doesn't have the coil around in black making it look like a spring. I only have the one black coil so the look isn't quite there. I did also see someone else say the base on theirs was thiner than expected so I'm assuming hemper took note as the base on mine is very thick and I have no worry about placing mine down. With the thicker base however the bottom chamber housing the spring perc is also seemingly smaller to others. I don't believe this is causing any function issue but I'll note that water does stay in the top chamber a lot more and I have to sorta sway it around for the water to fall back through the disc perc and fill the bottom chamber back up. I will be using it for dabs and the nail I use as well is a 10mm and with an adapter as this is a 14mm piece the function doesn't suffer from that tighter nail in my opinion. I'm also adding mouth piece photos as I couldn't find a good look at it before I bought it myself.

Sonic is my favorite character so I absolutely love this Bong! Arrived earlier than anticipated and arrived with no damage. I would definitely recommend this to anybody looking for a new bong, and/ or that likes Sonic the Hedgehog.

Good function and gives you various water levels to play with. As you can see I like to go higher on the water lever as well as the volume of concentrates I consume. In collaboration with my carbcap made by @highgrademike this chaotic combo sure makes those terp pearls go as fast as the blue blur himself. I love the whole design (ball rig+ inspiration from a certain gaming icon of my youth) I would personally buy one in a XXL (bout double the size) and a micro edition (at least half the size) if you guys at Hemper so chose to ever do something like that in the future. Only thing I would slightly change about the design is I would have made the ball a little larger but everything still looks and functions great 👍 . Another side note haven’t tried it for flower yet at the time of this post but I’m sure if that’s “more of your bowl of weed,” than the concentrates, I would be willing to bet it would probably be just as fun. If you are a fan of some chronic and Sonic 10/10 would recommend. Especially if you are fortunate enough to have a good promo code at your disposal, jump on it fast!!!!!!! 🪐🏃♂️💨💨

Absolutely grateful to these blokes for hooking it up with the globe shaped, chambered rig that easily makes a gunning for “most impressive piece of the collection!” Gorgeous color with enough clear view to see the smoke building through the perc and filter like tires revving before jetting 0-60! The milky smoke fills the globe and works its way through the ring to make for an impressive pull. Absolutely in love and I see only a few left so I’m not the only one that thinks so. If you’ve been on the fence, let me be your deciding vote and GET IT! Thank you again @HEMPERCO!

For starters it is extremely easy to draw from and it also has great airflow compared to what I was expecting with the honeycomb perc. To no offense, I thought it would be pretty thin, but it feels quite thick for the glass overall. One con however is the base seems to be a little thinner compared to the rest of the bong. Not breakable to the touch by any means, but I am a little more careful setting this one down on a hard surface. This is a fantastic piece to add to my collection and has easily became my favorite! I highly recommend this product
