They did right by me and sent me a replacement for one that was broken in transport. The piece itself rocks and hits strong. I feel like this company gives you alot per order and the specialty glass they have is affordable and interesting. I like the whole company

It took me to my dealer

I had an issue where the bong got broken the first day, and due to the shipping protection that they include and the fact that I emailed pictures within the first 48 hours after receiving it, they gladly provided me a new bong, no problem. I feel like that's legit business considering that this is a large class object, and I very much appreciate them doing that, I was very sad, now I'm glad. I definitely would recommend helper for this reason.
