fantastic looking piece

Definitely a beautiful glass piece, but the glass was made weak during the glass blowing process, and the stem part that was holding the banger broke off quite easily when I was heating up the banger and checking the temperature with the Terpometer. and no pressure was used to check on the temperature of the banger before taking a dab of concentrates, nor was the rest of the bong/ rig accidentally heated during heating of the banger. If possible please advise on this.

Hemper Blast Off XL Bong

I got this as a birthday gift for my boyfriend and he absolutely loves it. He uses it for bong rips and dabs. The frosted glass is beautiful.
