BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE HANDS DOWN!!!

So I put in an order for an item that was out of stock and I was worried for a second because they took the payment but I haven't received a tracking number. I contact customer service and ask them about the out of stock item and they apologize for the whole inconvenience and upgraded me to this piece that I love to call my "Bubble Buddy!" For no charge. Now if that isn't great customer service I don't know what is! I am for sure buying all my master piece from Hemper from now on!

ADORABLE and beautifully crafted!

First of all, the shape and design are both absolutely amazing. As someone who LOVES iridescent and holographic pieces, this one was a must-have! It's a bit weighty, which makes it really satisfying to hold. Also looks amazing when full of smoke (although the lil duck disappears)! Definitely a must-have piece for any fellow iridescent-lovers!
