This piece is for sure the most awesome water pipe in my collection right now. Took a few times for them to ship me one that wasn't broken, both in my XL box and by itself, but it was well worth it in the end. This is despite waiting nearly a month for them to finally get it right on the third try. My advice to anyone here is get insurance when you buy your pieces (if possible), and make sure if you ever do get a broken piece from Hemper Co. in the mail, to suggest packing peanuts if they ship you a replacement (before they ship it), that is if they haven't tried that already.
