What items qualify for the 30% off discount?

This discount applies to all HEMPER products site-wide excluding subscriptions, theme boxes, and items from the Essentials collection. If we made it, it's on sale. This means that all HEMPER bongs (including theme glass), pipes, and accessories are 30% off.

Theme boxes and the Essentials collection items are excluded from this discount because they have their own dedicated promotions (buy one, get one half-off.)

Does the 30% off discount stack with other deals?

The site-wide 30% discount does not stack with other deals. If you're purchasing items that are on sale in multiple ways (such as those in our 60% off HEMPER Outlet sale), the best deal will automatically be applied to your order.

Does the 5% off for Discord members stack with other deals?

Yes! If you're a member of our Discord server, your +5% discount will stack with our other deals and sales during the month of November.

Do I need to enter a promo or coupon code to receive these deals?

Nope! The only promotion utilizing a discount code is the +5% discount for Discord server members. All other deals, sales, and promotions will be automatically applied to your cart on checkout.

How does the tiered gift promotion work?

Our tiered gift promotion will be running through the entire month of November. Orders of $50, $100, and $150 or more will receive a free gift bundle based on the order amount. The more you spend, the more gifts you earn!

Tiers stack, meaning that if your order qualifies for the Tier 2 gift, you will also receive Tier 1. Similarly, if you qualify for Tier 3, you will also receive tiers 1 and 2.

Tier progress is per-cart and does not carry over from one order to another. That means that if you're planning on buying multiple items, you should buy them all at once to ensure you qualify for the best gift bundle possible!

How does the free shipping promotion work?

During the final week of November, shipping will be free for all orders. This offer applies to residences in the United States only and will automatically be applied to your cart during checkout.
