I was pleasantly surprised to receive my new vape pipe. My item arrived in a short time and was ready to fire up. My only complaint is that an unnecessary charge was added on to my final bill. It's called item protection cost. I have always bought on line and I never had to pay an additional fee for protecting my item. I was told that this charge could be eliminated by clicking on an icon which I could not find.. However I'm happy that my pipe arrived safely and works well.

Got it on sale and it’s been well worth it. Kinda wish it was pull activated to be more like a pipe but no complaints on the product.

Who doesn't love a pipe? Cupped in the palm while gesturing, pointing with it's mouthpiece... Small joys. Matte black model turned on out the box. Five push on, three push power change, two push warm up, press and hold to pull.. lovely! Charging the porcelain up now. Very happy, they're beautiful and I'm a happy girly! XD

Size was a little less than anticipated but has great battery life and works super well plus looks classy lol

First off let me say I love the way the product looks. I bought the black and gold variety and it really looks nice. That being said, I was disappointed the pipe doesn't stand up by itself. It falls right over. Also it feels a little cheap in hand. The last thing I will say is that it does have a nice draw.

Arrived safe, as described. Hits great, looks good doing it. My main gripe is it won't stay standing. The rubber foot under the battery isn't really stable so it doesn't stay up on a flat surface. Inconvenient for my cart level, but it does the job.
