    It literally takes me out lol

    My first piece and I am in love. The only down side is the bowl it comes with makes it hard to pull. I use another bowl instead and have no problems.

    One of the chopsticks broke off in transit, SUPER FAST response on replacement item!!!

    The bong came damaged in transit(one of the chop sticks piece was already broken), got a replacement unit super fast but it also came with another chopsticks part broken. Dallas(customer service rep) was the MAIN reason for the 5 stars rating because of how professional and quick/efficient response he gave me. Dallas got me right super fast!!! You’re the man dude!!!
