The customer service isn't the best in the world as it took a while ( and a few tries) to get a response back, but they did get back to me and sent a replacement.
When the bong did arrive it was in perfect condition. Its better quality than I expected for a fantastic price. Works exactly as expected.
The glass is thick and well made, has a great weight to it, and a very stable base. Would highly recommend this item especially with the sale that was available when I got it.
But yeah if there are issues, be prepared to wait a full month. I'm giving this 5 stars because the bong itself is a 5/5 regardless of the timeline or how many emails it took to get here.

Won't breath enough to get a real hit. Hole in the bowl is too small.
Clearly this issue should not be happening. The bowl is our problem. The bong itself is fine.

Great bong for money
Nice smooth rips, the perc makes a difference and the ice catcher, great quality and great packaging as well couldnt be happier. Had way more expensive bongs that didn’t rip nearly as good.

Daily Driver Love
This is my daily driver bong, love it to pieces. Accidentally removed the hemper logo when I got some tape stuck to the neck, but now it inspires me to paint this thing and truly make her mine.
Solid hitter, it chugs like a champ and filters a lot of smoke easily in not a lot of time. Pair it with the Ash Catcher+ and I'm in Nirvana
