Protect+ Package Protection

I bought this in person while visiting a store in a different state. It broke, so I ordered an identical replacement through their website. It showed up promptly in excellent condition, and is identical to the first one as far as I can tell. My only complaint is that the second purchase did not include the box. Taking the box away feels like it reduces the quality of the package, but I guess not enough to really matter so I didn't take a star away.

Bought one from you guys wayyyyy back in the day when you only had a few options, got the ghost then too and was my favorite price. I guess I placed my order a "little late" ordered on the 1st, didn't get it until a week later. I get it's for security in case something gets damaged. But I must have misunderstood when it said "first class" shipping. But it's whatever. Just glad to have my items.

My very first package was marked as delivered but was never actually received. Thanks to package protect I had a replacement within a week.
