The item showed up in perfect condition. So insurance was there for just that. Because u never know.

The item I purchased was glass, and when arrived there were two chips in it. Luckily I had purchased package protection. I made a claim, and it was approved within a couple days. My product was automatically reordered and arrive in a few days. Everything worked just as promised.
