Revised: It's All Fine!
I purchased two to tide me over while a new crop is growing. Good product, does what I need it to do. Only one of the two arrived at first, by Tyanna and Sienna of Hemper Customer Service took care of that issue promptly, professionally, and with a (figuratively at least) big smile! Thanks to two who care enough to help.
As promised, the missing cart arrived, and the review is updated to the full 5 stars I think it deserves.
